2. Data processed

The website is primarily static. When you use the contact or screening-organisation forms, you may provide details such as your name, email address, telephone number, city, venue, screening date and time, tax code, message and notes. Only the data you choose to enter is processed.

The server and hosting provider may also process technical data required for security and the correct operation of the service, such as IP address, date and time of the request, browser and access logs.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Data submitted through the forms is processed to respond to requests, provide information about the film and manage screening requests. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures or management of the data subject’s request, under Article 6(1)(b) and (f) of the GDPR, depending on the type of request.

Technical data is processed to ensure the security, availability and operation of the website. No profiling, behavioural advertising or newsletter activities are carried out through this website.

4. Providing data and retention

Providing data is optional, although some details may be needed to respond. Request data is retained for as long as necessary to manage the request and comply with any legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

In this static version, the forms do not send or store data: connecting a service for collecting or managing requests would require this policy to be updated.

Data may be accessed by people authorised by the controller and by the technical hosting provider, only to the extent necessary to provide the service. If an external service is connected in the future to manage forms, its provider and role must be identified in this policy.
